In an era where technology and healthcare are converging like never before, the recent joint International Summer School organized by the Mobilise-D consortium and the Italian DARE Initiative stands as a legacy event of multidisciplinary research, training, learning and collaboration. Gathering a diverse group of participants, from PhD students and early career researchers to health practitioners, patient organizations, technology developers, pharmaceutical representatives, and other professionals, the International Summer School aimed to bridge the gap between digital innovation and preventive healthcare.

With more than 70 participants and almost 30 invited speakers, the event unfolded as a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

This hands-on approach not only fostered innovative thinking but also nurtured collaborative skills, teamwork, reflection time, and mentoring from the facilitators, experts with “superpowers” – a reflection of the dynamic nature of contemporary learning and work environments.
