On Saturday, September 23, 2023, the Mobilise-D team at University Hospital Erlangen, Germany, informed individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD) about the status, progress, preliminary results, and future perspectives of the Mobilise-D project.
Approximately 140 participants joined either in person or via Zoom, contributing to a highly fruitful discussion. The participants expressed immense pride in being part of the world’s largest study on mobility in PD, which even led to spontaneous applause. The study team in Erlangen extended an invitation to the participants for lunch and provided the latest information about various projects conducted in Erlangen. These projects encompassed pharmacological trials, studies utilizing digital technologies, and personalized exercise interventions. A heartfelt THANK YOU was extended to all participants for sharing their invaluable insights and perspectives, making this half-day event truly special.
